Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.

Delivery

  • Orders will be sent within 2 to 3 business days. There may be delays during Sale & Festival time.
  • Delivery Time: 5– 7 business days and upto 15 days for remote locations not accessed directly by our shipping partner.
  • Due to Covid-19, pick-up and delivery delays are common. There will be delays beyond the estimated delivery date.

Yes, we offer free delivery!

  • There are no refunds due to delays in delivery.

  • All orders that have been picked up, sent out and in transit can be cancelled if the customer does not accept delivery. However, charges for shipping both ways Rs 350 (even if shipping was free) will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
  • Products purchased during sale/offer can be cancelled if you do not accept delivery. However, charges for shipping both ways Rs 350 (even if shipping was free) will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
  • If your order has not yet been picked up by the courier partner, we can edit the address for you
  • If your order is in transit, it will come back to us. You have 2 options,
    1. Make a payment of Rs 350 and we will send the order again. Payment can be made via Google Pay or Paytm
    2. Cancel the order, we will issue a refund after deducting Rs 350 against courier charges incurred
  • All products are sent from our warehouse in Delhi.

  • Yes, we do! We ship our Kol Kols around the globe.
  • It will take upto 10 days for delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes & APO Addresses. Custom duties and taxes will be borne by the customer only. All orders will be sent through DHL. Customers who reject delivery due to duties/customs charges will not receive a refund for shipping and their order.
  • Currently, our website can take only domestic orders. Write to us on [email protected] to place an order.

Returns

  • For orders that have not yet been shipped out, full refund will be issued.
  • Products purchased during sale/offer cannot be exchanged/returned/cancelled.
  • No partial refund of orders(purchased at full price/MRP) will be given.
  • For orders(purchased at full price/MRP) that have been shipped out and in transit ,  charges for shipping both ways Rs 350 (even if shipping was free) will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
  • Accessories bought at full price or combo offer cannot be exchanged/returned/cancelled.

Products purchased during sale/offer , back/lumbar support, drool pads,  tote bags and gift cards cannot be exchanged/returned.

We offer exchange for baby carriers bought at full price if approached within 7 days of delivery of product. Rs.350 will be deducted towards shipping charges(both ways) and a coupon of the balance amount will be issued to you.

Please note, in a case your original product value is more than the exchanged product value, no refund will be given for the balance amount.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 4-day replacement policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your product to request a replacement due to manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a replacement, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, instructional manual and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start the replacement process, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup. Once we receive the product and confirm it is unworn or unused and has the manual and original packaging, we will ship the replacement.

Products are not considered defective if they have any of the following :

1. Slight difference in colour from the product image is possible. We photograph our products in a way that shows them as they appear in real life. But sometimes, cameras can’t quite capture the colour, so you may notice a slight difference in colour from the product image.

2. The fabric may tend to rub or bleed. Follow our wash care instructions.

3. Handwoven fabric comes with a lot of character – loose threads, unevenness and snags. This is absolutely normal, and doesn’t affect the safety of the product in any manner. They aren’t flaws as much as much as stamps of their handwoven character.

Kol Kol products have a six month warranty against manufacturing flaws. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage.

In the unlikely instance in which there is a manufacturing issue, we will provide you with a refund or a comparable exchange. To claim, the flawed item must be returned to us for inspection. Our products are handmade and may have slight variations that do not affect their use or safety. Normal wear, fabric fading, minor size differences, common/normal wrap nubs or flaws, and sewing varieties are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty. We are not responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. The term “altered” or “adapted” is defined as including, without limit, changing buckles, adding webbing, sewing, dyeing, painting, embroidery, and fabric additions or removals made after the purchase. We are also not responsible for warranty coverage for any item that has been purchased secondhand.

All Kol Kol products come under warranty when purchased directly through our website, Amazon, Firstcry, Flipkart or an authorized retailer. If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please ensure your email includes the following!

-Your order number or your proof of purchase showing the date and item purchased

-Your shipping address

-The print that you ordered

-Photos of the damage

International customers who reject delivery due to duties/customs charges will not receive a refund for shipping and product,as the cost to ship back to us will be higher than what you have already paid.
We do not accept exchange requests for all our customers outside India. If there is a manufacturing defect(only in carriers), please send us an email to [email protected] with the subject “DEFECTIVE” , with clear pictures of the carrier. We cannot accept any refund request after 7 days of receiving the product.
We reserve the right to inspect the pictures  and ascertain the refund value. We will offer a full or partial refund of the order value, deducting shipping cost paid. Custom duties and taxes will not be refunded. Refund will be processed in 10 days.
If your carrier has been damaged or tampered with in transit, we are not responsible. We will help you file a claim with the courier service, if you send us clear pictures/videos of the product in the package received.

All our refund terms apply only if the carrier has been purchased directly from our website.

Products are not considered defective if they have any of the following :

1. Slight difference in colour from the product image is possible. We try our best to take photos in natural light without any studio equipment. Unfortunately, a camera or a monitor cannot match the perspective of an eye.

2. Block printed fabric may tend to rub or bleed. This is an inherent quality of natural dyes. Since they are hand dyed and printed in batches, mild variations may occur.

3. Handwoven fabric comes with a lot of character – loose threads, unevenness and snags. This is absolutely normal, and doesn’t affect the safety of the product in any manner. They aren’t flaws as much as much as stamps of their handwoven character.
