Wash Care

Follow our instructions to make the carrier last as long as your baby can use it.

We always suggest spot cleaning and washing only when you really need to.
Do not soak. Dip and dry in shade.
Hand-wash separately in cold water. Colors might run.
Use a mild detergent/soap.
Do not use softeners, whiteners, bleach or harsh chemicals.
Do not iron padded straps and belts.

DELIVERY

1. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. There may be delays during Sale time.
2. Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days and upto 12 days for remote locations not accessed directly by our shipping partner.

RETURNS

1. Products purchased during sale/offer cannot be exchanged/returned/cancelled.
2. Orders that have not yet been shipped out, can be cancelled at no extra cost.
3. Orders that are in transit can be cancelled. Charges for shipping both ways Rs. 350 (even if shipping was free) will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
4. Orders that have been delivered can be cancelled within 7 days of delivery. Charges for shipping both ways Rs 350 (even if shipping was free) will be deducted. Only once the product in "new" condition reaches us we will transfer the balance.
5. Products will be replaced if there is any manufacturing defect
